Concrete flatwork
Driveways, patios, walkways and slabs. Prepared base, proper joints, and a finish that is not slick when it rains.
A stucco repair either disappears or it announces itself from the curb, and the difference is whether whoever did it bothered to match the texture and chase the crack back to what caused it. We work on new walls and on walls somebody else patched badly first, and the texture gets matched before the color does.

Three coats, matched by hand.
Color and texture matched to the wall you already have, so the repair does not read as a repair from the street.

Cure time between coats sets the pace and the weather sets the cure time, so a stucco schedule is a weather schedule. A job booked in late fall gets a longer window than the same job in June, and we will say so before you sign rather than after.
All of it happens outside. Expect scaffold or ladders against the house and a hose running, and keep the cars off the drive on pour days.
Stucco questions
Most of it is the house moving, not the stucco failing — hairline cracks at window corners are normal here. What matters is whether water is getting behind the wall. We look at where the crack runs before quoting a patch, because filling a crack that is really a flashing problem just hides it for a season.
Texture, almost always: it is done by hand and it is a matter of getting the technique right. Color is harder on a wall that has been in the Utah sun for years. On a bad mismatch the honest answer is re-coating the whole elevation rather than a patch that will always show, and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
Patching is priced per repair and full three-coat work is priced by the wall, so the two are not comparable and we will not pretend they are. What moves the number is access, how much has to come off first, and whether the crack has a cause that needs fixing before anything goes back on. You get one fixed price in writing after we have looked at it.
