What we do, and what it costs you in time.

Five trades, all run by the crew that quoted the job. Pick the one that sounds like your house.

The same basement part-way through: the new ceiling board hung and every joint and screw head coated in mud waiting to be sanded, the stair wall patched and filled, and the floor and the far wall sheeted in plastic with a bucket of compound standing in the middle of the room.

Drywall hanging and finishing

Board hung tight, seams taped flat, texture matched to the rest of the house. Repairs too, down to a single patch.

A basement sitting room with the walls and ceiling freshly rolled in a warm off-white, new white baseboard run around the corner, and a doorway through to the hall beyond.

Interior painting

Straight cut lines, two coats, and your house put back together before we leave. The prep is most of the job.

Stucco

A repair either disappears or it announces itself.

Texture matched by hand, on new walls and on walls somebody else patched first.

Stucco

Patch, re-coat, or the full three-coat system. Color and texture matched so a repair does not read as a repair from the street.

A newly poured concrete driveway running the full length of the house to the garage at the back, broom finished across its width with control joints cut in and a utility cover set flush into the slab.

Concrete flatwork

Driveways, patios, walkways and slabs. Prepared base, proper joints, and a finish that is not slick when it rains.

Still not sure? Tell us what the wall looks like and we will tell you which of these it actually is.

A walkthrough costs you nothing and takes about an hour. You will get a written scope and a fixed price, not a number over the phone.
