Stucco
Patch, re-coat, or the full three-coat system. Color and texture matched so a repair does not read as a repair from the street.
Flatwork is decided before the truck arrives. What the base was compacted to, where the joints land, whether there is steel in it — that is what separates a slab that looks the same in fifteen years from one that maps out in three. We pour on Utah ground, which freezes and heaves, and every one of those decisions is settled on paper before a shovel goes in.

The pour is the short part. Forming, base work and cure are the schedule, and cure is not negotiable — concrete keeps gaining strength for weeks after it looks finished. We will tell you at the walkthrough when you can walk on it and when you can park on it.
You lose the driveway for the whole job, not just pour day, so we schedule around whether you have somewhere else to park.
Concrete questions
Square footage sets the floor and the ground sets the rest — what the base needs, whether an old slab has to come out, and where the water goes. Those are the things that move a flatwork number, and none of them can be judged from a phone call. The written quote separates tear-out, base and pour so you can see what you are actually paying for.
Foot traffic comes first and vehicles a good while later, and we give you both dates in writing when we pour rather than leaving you to guess. Concrete keeps gaining strength for weeks after it looks finished, and driving on it early is how you get corner breaks that no repair fixes properly.
Every slab cracks. The whole job is deciding where. We cut control joints so the slab breaks along a straight line you were expecting instead of a jagged one across the middle, and we keep the base and the steel right so those are the only cracks you get.
Patch, re-coat, or the full three-coat system. Color and texture matched so a repair does not read as a repair from the street.
Baseboard, casing, crown and built-ins. Tight miters, and no bead of caulk hiding a cut that should have been right.
