Interior painting in Payson
Most of painting happens before the brush comes out. Filling, caulking, sanding and masking is where the job is won, and it is the first thing a cheap quote leaves out. We do the prep whether or not anybody would have caught us skipping it, and we put the furniture back where we found it.
What’s included in interior painting?

Prep sets the schedule on a repaint, not rolling. Filling, caulking and sanding is most of the work and all of the difference, and coats need to dry properly between them. We work a room or two at a time so you keep the rest of the house.
One or two rooms at a time, so you always have somewhere to be. We do not leave a house with every room taped off at once unless you have moved out and asked us to.

What does it cost to paint the inside of a house?
It depends on how much wall there is and how much repair is under the last coat. Ceilings, heavy filling and a color change from dark to light all add coats, and those are the things that move a paint price. We will tell you which of them you are looking at during the walkthrough, and then you get a fixed price in writing rather than a range to worry about.
Do you supply the paint?
Yes, and it is in the written price so you can see exactly what is going on your walls. If you would rather buy it yourself or you already have colors picked, that is fine too. We will tell you honestly whether the product you chose will hold up in the room you want it in.
Can we stay in the house while you paint?
Almost everyone does. We work room by room, keep the traffic path clear, and use low-odor products inside. Bedrooms get painted early in the day so they have aired out by the time you go to bed.
