A small shop that finishes what it starts.
Lion's Arrow Construction, LLC is run by Eric Mosqueda. We take on a limited number of jobs at a time because the alternative is the thing every homeowner complains about: a crew that hangs the board, disappears for three weeks, and stops answering the phone before it is taped.

How we work
Four things we do differently, and why.
None of this is clever. It is just the set of habits that separate a job that finishes from a job that drags.
One crew, start to finish
The people who quote your job are the people who do it. Hang, tape, texture, paint and trim all come from the same crew, so there is nobody to blame for somebody else's seam and nobody to chase for a return visit.
A fixed price, in writing
You get a written scope with a price against it before anything is masked off. If we open a wall and find something, we stop, show you, and price it before we carry on. There is no line on the final invoice you have not already seen.
Material before the first day
Board, mud, paint and trim are on site or confirmed before we start. It is the least interesting thing about how we work and it is the single reason our finish dates hold.
The site gets cleaned every night
You are living here. Dust barriers go up on day one, the floors get protected, and the site is swept before the crew leaves. It costs us time and it is not negotiable.
Credentials
The paperwork, so you can check it.
Ask every contractor you talk to for their license number, then actually look it up on the Utah DOPL register. It takes two minutes and it is the cheapest protection you will ever buy.
