Interior painting
Straight cut lines, two coats, and your house put back together before we leave. The prep is most of the job.
Drywall is the trade every other finish gets judged on. A wall that waves, a butt joint you can find by holding a work light against it, a corner bead that telegraphs through the paint — none of that hides behind furniture. We hang, tape, texture and sand, and the last coat gets checked with a work light held flat to the wall before anybody calls it finished.

Most of a drywall schedule is mud drying between coats rather than anybody standing in your house. Hanging is quick, taping is not, and the sanding day is the one you will notice. Your dates are in the quote before we start.
Sanding is the messy part and there is no version of it that makes no dust. We seal the work area, run a vacuum sander, and keep the dust in the room it belongs in.
Drywall questions
It comes down to square footage and to how much repair is hiding in the walls, which is why we measure rather than guess over the phone. Repairs are priced per patch, because a doorknob hole and a ceiling that came down after a leak are not the same job. Either way you get one fixed number in writing before anything starts, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Usually. Knockdown, orange peel and most hand textures can be matched closely enough that you will not find the repair once it is painted. Send a photo when you call and we will tell you straight if yours is one of the hard ones.
Most of it is mud drying between coats rather than anybody standing there, so the honest schedule is longer than the hours on it. Pushing the coats together is what puts cracked seams in your wall a year later, so we do not do it. You get a start and finish date in writing with the price.

Baseboard, casing, crown and built-ins. Tight miters, and no bead of caulk hiding a cut that should have been right.
